option to set default panel in edge

Provide an option to set the default panel which must be displayed when user navigates to edge panel. This will help users to be displayed with a panel which they use the most rather than swiping panels.

If no panel is set as default, then let the last used panel must appears when user slides the edge handle.

This is exactly what I have been wanting. It would make life so much easier.
