Is Samsung being greedy????

Nowadays companies like Xiaomi, Oneplus, Realme and many such companies are providing excellent specs at a very affordable price. Whereas if we see Samsung, they give same specs at very high price , why?

These phones are also made(assembled) in India.

Even Samsung does the same, also Samsung has the World's Largest Smartphone Factory in India. Then also Samsung phones are much costlier then compared to other phones.

I think this should be Improved. Even if we consider Investment on Research and Development, the prices of phones are much much higher.

Samsung should look into this matter.

Also these other companies provide better camera, better processor, better bands, etc.

Samsung is not those bogus Chinese device....each and every parts of Samsung goes through proper testing and have to pass factory tests then only it released to market..and Samsung invest huge amount of advertising of their product to obviously price is high..... jab trillions of people data hac.k hua those Chinese device se ... and who said that Samsung not provides better processor? exynos is not so bad afterall if anything is bad that is your way to install software in Samsung device....because it needed to be flashed not simply install because Samsung provides non A/B partition type ota hence this is the process... but fact is just opposite to this that people simply install software and facing heat ,lag and blaming Samsung... Samsung is very good company and its very easy to reach service center nearby

How can you even compare Samsung with other companies?

1. Chinese companies provide good specifications for cheap, but provides a LOT of ads and bugs in their devices. Samsung prices devices high, but provides only some ads (really rare).

2. Chinese devices' hardware is not reliable, whilst Samsung's devices go through extensive testing and providing the best quality available.

3. Research and development in Samsung is far better than Chinese companies, and the brand value and after sales service is a LOT better than these companies.

4. What security do you get in Samsung devices? Chinese companies provide devices at low cost, but they sell your data and gains in millions.

So I don't see a reason why Samsung devices should not have a high price tag. Many devices come with Knox, which is another advantage.

well well well the price will be justified if samsung will provide snapdragon chipset which has better performance and battery optimisation (upto 20%) instead of the goddamn exynos processor like it provide in USA..Even in the 20k+ phone which we can call midrange phones the samsung provides the so called exynos 9611 processor which is a budget segment processor.In the last 1.5 years the samsung has released every budget to mid range phone with the exynos 9611 processor which is equivalent to SD665.
Though samsung has better security and One UI is my favorite.The performance kills the mood.
In the end Samsung should make new performance centric processor for midrange phones or provide with SD processors

Nowdays companies like Apple, Google and samsung are providing great security but, xiaomi is a unsecured company and it's phone is also unsecured.

samsung is great in everything except performance.Now a days the young generation is very gamecentric and they want a better performance centric device which the exynos processor can't provide.Games like COD and previously PUBG require heavy performance from phone which the SD processor provides better than exynos.So DEAR #SAMSUNG you should work on a better performance centric processor for midrange phones.

Even I believe Samsung is great company and I do use only Samsung Products only. There is no chinese brand phone in my house. But I believe the pricing should be revised.

they learnt from their mistake. they are tying to make a comeback. if qualcomm is left out to make a monopoly, you'll suffer as a customer. support them in the next good thing. let them write it off as they did with the note 7
