Call issues in A71

Samsung A71 (SM-A715) handset has come up with yet another problem - no sound is heard or sent during calls, i.e. neither the caller or the receiver can hear anything. When switching to loudspeaker mode, I can hear the other party, but they can't hear me. I've checked by turning off VoWiFi and Bluetooth as well. The issue occurs for both sim cards.

Is anyone else facing the same?

Perform Interactive checks through Samsung Members app (Samsung Member> Get Help> Interactive checks>......

In Mic Test (Interactive Tests), it was able to record but couldn't play. (No sound)

and do visit service centre as its a matter of physical inspection

The thing is, this is a snapdragon phone and others are exynos, because of that we get updates a little late and have to face bugs.

Please provide a Software Update for A71 India. We are in February 2021, but the security patch is still October 2020.
