&lt;P&gt;We have noted down the feedback regarding &lt;SPAN&gt;double tap screen off and camera.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;Providing a continues great experience to our customer is our first priority. We would take this feedback for further improvements in our upcoming software launches.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. To resolve "fingerprint" issue kindly follow the given below steps:-&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;1. Try after register a new fingerprint. To register a new fingerprint:-&lt;BR /&gt;Settings&amp;gt; Bio metric and security&amp;gt;Fingerprints &amp;gt; Continue &amp;gt; Set secure screen lock &amp;gt; Start with center.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;2. Reset the device and before resetting the device make sure to create backup of your device via Smart Switch mobile application or &lt;A href="http://www.samsung.com/in/support/smartswitch" target="_blank"&gt;http://www.samsung.com/in/support/smartswitch&lt;/A&gt; pc suite&lt;BR /&gt;Settings &amp;gt; General Management &amp;gt; Reset.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;After performing the troubleshooting steps if the issue still persists, kindly get back to us with additional information- Error log File, Video or Screen-shots. This will help us to further investigate and resolve your concern&amp;nbsp;(Samsung Members app &amp;gt; Get help &amp;gt; Feedback &amp;gt; Error report/ask question).&lt;BR /&gt;Note: Please send device log files within 15 minutes of issue occurrence along with the exact issue details.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>I have galaxy A50s does my phone have double tap screen off.&lt;DIV&gt;There is also need some upgrades in it's biometrics becouse many times its fingerprint sensor doesn't detects or works properly.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;Last thing is it's camera needs some upgrades to take better images in low light.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;Otherwise these things everything is awesome in this phone.&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>

      <description>i already did this many times but the result remains same.&lt;BR /&gt;i said that please add these improvements which i mentiones before in upcoming software updates.</description>
