      <description>i use vi. There is no permanent solution to this problem..when ever you face this problem put the phone to airplane mode then switch back to normal mode.The data speed will increase from zero.Otherwise restart the phone..It works for me sometimes..The app doesnot open simply because the data speed stuck at zero.The M series phones have such network issues.</description>
