A30 Camera won't focus

My camera wouldn't focus for a few months now, and when I researched the problem it said it was due to an update in January and that I should wait for a new update that would fix it.

I updated my phone today but the problem hasn't been fixed, what do I do i really need my camera for work .

Reset and check. If it doesn't work, try Open Camera. It is a third party app but includes more features than any other camera application. You can download it from Playstore.

Resetting my phone doesn't change a thing, and I tried finding the app you reccomend but I couldn't find it.

My cousin was messing around with Snapchat filter settings and fixed the problem temporary but when I turned off my phone it went back to not focusing and she has no idea what she did .

Please perform the below mentioned steps to resolve the issue:

* Clear camera lens with microfiber cloth or a cleaning wipe. Gently remove the fingerprint, dirt and dust from the camera lens.

* Reset camera settings
Camera > Settings > Reset settings > Reset.

For further assistance, register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Get help > Send Feedback > Error report/Ask questions).

Hi , this problem is there almost 1.5 years , why u didn't resolve even in One UI3.1 update also. What I have notices is after updating One UI3.1the main camera work few times and again started blur. Please find the bug and solve it. This single probem leads to leave samsung and move to other brand because main camera used to scan qr and do payment in many places.
