      <description>&lt;P&gt;I can not stress this enough. I'm not sure if I'm just not looking in the right place, but trying to use Samsung Dex with a trackpad is somewhat of a pain when there is no smooth scrolling. It makes it hard to scroll through websites as everything feels as if it's bouncing around. I can't be the only one who feels this way.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
