What's this " Other Devices -> Phones " feature used for ?

If its meaning is that mirroring Tv screen to mobile and see contents of Tv on mobile ; then how to connect it...

1. Drag down the Notification panel from home screen.
2. Tap Smart View to enable it.
3. Desired TV model number will appear on screen.
4. Tap to connect TV model number
5. Notification bar will appear on TV screen and select Allow to give permission to connect your mobile
6. Phone is connected with TV. Now you can share the mobile content with TV.

Note: Smart View Only sends content to certain Compatible receivers, like a Chromecast, Fire Stick or Samsung's own Smart TV.

I am asking for "" Other Devices to Phone"" feature..

its almost same, i didn't tried yet
so as of now i only can say that
need wifi enable on both device, then enable smart view on both
click on other device to phone, it will search near by device once show the available device, click to connect

It is used to play content from supported Blue ray player and other Samsung devices on to your phone. Your player device should also be compatible wit smart view for this feature to work.
