      <description>Dear samsung after Nov. 2020 update. Sometimes phone heating Near fingerprint sensor.       <description>Processor is located near camera module in samsung. That's why not only you but also we know the area of heating. Exynos models tends to produce more heat than their snapdragon counterpart. So it's ok the smartphone are designed in such a way that they will dissipate the heat through screen.</description>

      <description>if you feel continuously heat at the same area, stop using it while it get in normal, as continuously heat mau cause motherboard issue</description>

      <description>ok as of now do these steps and observe&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;A. Wipe Cache Partition.&lt;BR /&gt;Steps to perform.&lt;BR /&gt;1) Turn off the device.&lt;BR /&gt;2) Press and hold the Volume Up key and the spower button.&lt;BR /&gt;3) When the Android logo displays, release all keys.&lt;BR /&gt;4) Press the Volume down key to navigate and select "Wipe cache partition".&lt;BR /&gt;5) Press Power key to select. When the wipe cache partition is complete, Select Reboot System.&lt;BR /&gt;6) Press the Power key to restart the device.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;B. Reset App Preferences.&lt;BR /&gt;Settings &amp;gt;Apps&amp;gt; Tap on Top Right 3Dots and select Reset App preferences.</description>
