&lt;P&gt;We understand your concern and will help you to resolve the issue. Kindly follow some of the basic step given below to enable call waiting option in your device:-&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Tap on Phone &amp;gt; Tap on 3 dots on top corner of the screen &amp;gt; Settings &amp;gt; More Settings &amp;gt; Toggle on Call Waiting.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If the issue still persist we would request you to kindly visit your nearby service center for the physical inspection of your device.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;DIV&gt;I own two Galaxy Note 9 and my friend owns a Galaxy Note 10. We are facing the same problem of missed call alerts. When we are on a call, and if someone calls us during&amp;nbsp;such time, we do not get any alerts, and it is not shown as a missed call.
