Camera Issue with m51

Hello,

I purchased this phone recently because I heard it's camera is good. I am a hair care and fashion blogger, i bought this phone for its camera. However, this phone has the worst camera. It makes everything blur in room light and makes my hair greyish (white) in the natural light.

I have contacted customer service. They told me to reset and do multiple thing. I did that but of no use. Very disappointed. Please help me otherwise take your phone and refund my money.

lots of peoples are facing similar issue. please don't expect refunds from samsung they won't give it. please wait for next update...... hope it will be resolved...

1. Please clear data or cache of Camera Application(Tap Settings > Apps > Camera > Storage > Clear Cache/data).

2. Reset the Device:- Kindly create data backup of your device via SMART switch mobile application or http://www.samsung.com/in/support/smartswitch pc suite
How to reset:- Settings>General Management>Reset.

If the issue still persist, kindly register your concern in Samsung Members app (Samsung Members app > Get help > Feedback > Error report/ask question).
Note: Please send device log files within 15 minutes of issue occurrence along with the exact issue details.
