Turn on Wi-Fi and connect to a Wi-Fi network.From the Home screen, tap the Apps icon.Tap Settings > Connections.If necessary, slide the Wi-Fi Switch right to the ON position.Tap More connection settings.Tap Wi-Fi Calling.Select one of the these options: Wi-Fi Preferred. Cellular Network Preferred.

and at present it's in airtel and jio ....if those wifi calling provider enlisted his mobile then only it's possible otherwise not
