Smart Charging(Charging Schedule)

Most of us left our phones on charging over night, qnd when we wake up we want to see our phone fully charged.

I guess there should be charging schedule atleast in premium devices, so that battery lasts longer and that money pays off.

Rather than letting the battery charge /over charge upto 100%.

There should be an option to let user choose when to cut off charging, like on 80% or on 90%.

Also there should be a schedule like if I wake up at 7, then my phone should charge upto 80% whenever it can, and when there's 1 hour to be 7AM (say qt 6AM) it should start charging upto the level we have set, or upto 100%.

This will increase the overall lifetime of the battery.

bro in todays technology there is no need of these useless features... nowadays our smartphones are smart enough to cutoff charging when fully charged.... so no need to worry.... use your casually without any hesitation....your phone if not damaged physically will last you easily for couple of yrs untill u will think of upgrading...

Bro you know there are only limited charge cycles to which battery can give it's 100%, after completion of those charge cycles battery starts degrading?

And I'm talking about the charging cut off at 100%, I am talking about charging cut off at what user selects , so please read it whole first what I am trying to convey.

and yeah you have J7 pro, ans I have S20 Ultra, I bought S20 Ultra rather than J7 Pro to have features and I paid a lot for features, so I will demand for features. I guess I need not to say more.

If only. They won't do that because then phones will last longer and then they can't offer the latest iteration of whatever phone was last, same with their forced software updates.
