Misuse Resolution Help

Can anyone help me on how to stop people from misusing your phone?

First thing which I have noticed is Samsung Account. Please do not share your Samsung Account and Password to anyone as anyone can easily take up an entire back up including call logs and OTP messages.

I just recently fixed this problem.

Is there anything else I should do to secure my device from illegal remote viewing?

Whixh phone do you have? From your name, I can assume that you have a Note 20 Ultra. Then why are you worrying? Your device is secured by Knox, so there is no question of remote viewing.

Yes Ani. Thanks. Was just worrying. Just wanted to post this in Members so that I might get a proper solution.

It's just because the Note20 Ultra has got tons of security features. But we cannot blame Samsung for this 😛 😛

You don't need to worry as your device is secured by Knox, which will protect your data against intrusion, malware, and malicious threats
