Please perform the below mentioned steps to resolve the issue:

1. Reset app preferences.
Settings > Apps > More option or on three dots at the top right corner of the screen > Reset App Preferences

2. Clear paired list
Settings > Connection and turn on Bluetooth > Setting option along with the paired device > Unpair.

For further assistance, register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Get help > Send Feedback > Error report/Ask questions).

Hi Samsung Team, I tried from two different samsung phone samsung 31 and samsung 30 for my Bluetooth headset but it is not finding any Bluetooth device.can you please help me on this why this issue is occurring.i never faced this issue with other non samsung phones.

I am tired of connecting both of my earbuds at the same time, I followed all the instructions shown but in media output I am able to select only one earbud both can't be selected at once. Kindly resolve my issue
