&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you and to resolve network issue please follow below given steps:-&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;1. Check network operators and select automatically (Settings&amp;gt; Connections&amp;gt; Mobile Network&amp;gt;Network operator&amp;gt; select automatically &amp;gt; Tap on OK &amp;gt; Registered on network).&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;2. Reset the device: settings &amp;gt;General Management &amp;gt; Tap on Reset.&lt;BR /&gt;Note: Before reset make sure to have back up of the data via Smart Switch Mobile App&lt;BR /&gt;(Install Smart Switch App &amp;gt; Open &amp;gt; Click on Memory Card Icon &amp;gt;Back Up option &amp;gt; Choose the data for Back up &amp;gt; Back Up).&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If the issue still persist, kindly register your concern in Samsung Members app (Samsung Members app &amp;gt; Get help &amp;gt; Feedback &amp;gt; Error report/ask question).&lt;BR /&gt;Note: Please send device log files within 15 minutes of issue occurrence along with the exact issue details.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>4G network issue</title>

      <description>My airtel 4G internet gets disconnected automatically. When I switch ON airplane mode and then OFF it, internet starts working but after 3-4 minutes of usage, its again disconnected. This problems continues whenever I use Airtel 4G internet. I also checked my SIM in other device but this problem occurs only in my device. What should I do ?&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;Please solve this issue in your new software update as soon as possible.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;Device- Galaxy M31&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;Model - SM-M315F/DS&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>

      <description>I've also checked my airtel SIM in other device, its working fine, network strength also good. Later on when I insert it back in my device, its starts disconnecting after every 3-4 minutes.</description>

      <description>even I have similer issue with Airtel SIM.. internet network keep changing to 4g, E or VOlte 4G.. I tried above steps but still issues persist...</description>

      <description>IA m facing same issue ..I think it problem with the samsung device.nit with network. Because I have seen other devices working fine with same Sim card airtel..</description>
