Hi All,

Can anyone please tell me the cause of the error message which i get sometimes on the screen at the bottom end.

Error Message :: FirebaseRemoteConfigException: The client had an error while calling the backend!

Could you please help me to get rid of this.

Does this message pop up using any specific app or it comes always?

it comes sometimes when i m using the phone in Normal way

did you enable any thing in developer option like show
notifications channel warning?

so do one thing and lets see, as i m not sure the reason but you can try these

Reset App Preferences.
Settings >Apps> Tap on Top Right 3Dots and select Reset App preferences.
2nd is go to settings >general Management >reset>reset settings

The last option is to reset your mobile phone or just delete all the third party apps or remove apps which you think are not important.

Hi Guys,

Just for your information, today when i got this error message, i have noticed that,this occurs due to *AJIO*(Shopping Application).

so i have uninstalled the application.

Now,i hope this will resolve the issue.

Will let u know Guys if i found any other solution.

Are you sure it's AJIO... Will uninstall it right away..

i m pretty sure about the Ajio application because whenever i got the notification from Ajio, at the same time i got that error message.

will keep u posted if i get this error again.
