My suggestion is to allow phones to periodically send encrypted location signals (for example, every 10, 30, or 60 minutes) even after being switched off.</DIV><DIV><BR /></DIV><DIV>This can be done using a small low-power chip (Bluetooth/UWB) that remains active while the rest of the phone stays off.
