&lt;P&gt;As per your concern, we would request you to kindly perform the following steps to resolve your issue.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;● Clear app cache through Device care:&lt;BR /&gt;→ Settings &amp;gt; Device care &amp;gt; Storage &amp;gt; CLEAN NOW.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;● Smart view clear data: Settings&amp;gt; Apps&amp;gt; Filter and sort&amp;gt; Show system apps&amp;gt;OK&amp;gt;Smart View app&amp;gt; Storage&amp;gt; Clear data.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;● Reset the device Settings: Settings &amp;gt; General Management &amp;gt; Reset settings&amp;gt;Reset all settings to their default.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;● Kindly try to connect the same after performing the above given steps.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;● Make sure your Tv voluam is working fine.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;In case the issue still occurs, kindly report the problems with a log file. To share a log file, click on the Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application &amp;gt; Support&amp;gt; Tap on send feedback&amp;gt; Choose Composer&amp;gt; Select error report&amp;gt; Select the appropriate issue category&amp;gt; Type your query and send).&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Smart view slow</title>

      <description>&lt;SPAN&gt;Like the title says smart view is very slow and some time take more than a few tries to connect, I'm using my tv, my wifi and my phone why isn't this an instant thing,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;Recently i found out about tap on tv to cast feature but after taping the phone on tv the phone asks for confirmation it really kills the point of the feature, i do think security is important but not to the point it becomes a constraint, if I'm trying to cast on a paired device it shouldn't ask for confirmation neither should it fail at connection i have good network,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;Tv in question is samsung cue60a 55&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;And phone is s24.&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>

      <description>It's poor software tuning,&lt;BR /&gt;I'm sure if you did the same ting with flagship TV's of Samsung it would woek seamlessly</description>
