I bought ecobubble washing machine and my brother added that to his samsung smart things app (s24 ultra) when he sends an invite for me to join i get the error which says

"Your Samsung account region isn't the same as the owner of this location. You can only join a location if the owner has an account from the same region as yours. You can check and change your current region in Samsung account settings. If you can't change your account region in Samsung account settings, contact Samsung Customer Service."

Then I have visited to check the website and figured out that my location on the account is set to a different country than my brothers and I requested to update it back to India. 24 hours later the change happened and now both accounts are from the same region. But still smart things is giving me the error please help
