F55 camera issue

Hello family!.

In the F55 am facing a major issue in the camera preview that the image was over exposed but after the snap taken it was all good as we view

You can see the human subject overall surrounding is over exposed

First of purchase fully disappointed with the Samsung quality of service and dedication ,fingers crossed hope it will resolve asap.

You should bought A series phone instead of F55. Specialy similar price point

If your foreground is underexposed or, have artificial lighting conditions then, phone will increase the exposure and then after snap, it will run post processing through NPU, to balance the image...

Well samsung have auto ai,so it will process the picture and then make it better,u can know that by going to the picture rly fast after snap

Different phones have different characteristics, your a54 is there in the market for quite some time, whereas, f55 just newly launched. With updates, it will be better.
