Goodlock App Support

The goodlock apps like sound assistant and theme park is available in my Samsung galaxy J4 plus which is a budget and Old phone

But in the Galaxy F54 which is lower flagship and has the new version of one ui and android 14 still doesn't support it why like literally whats the reason it's there in J series budget and not in F series lower flagship

I know about finelock
But why can't Samsung give goodlock support like even J series budget phone has it but F series low flagship phone doesn't
