      <description>I got this same error in my HP laptop but after half or 1 minute it shows internet available. Software update ur phone if it is available or format your phone.</description>

&lt;P&gt;Greetings from Samsung Customer Support!&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;As per your concern, we would request you to kindly perform the following steps to resolve your issue.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Forget the Network: Settings&amp;gt; Connections&amp;gt; Wi-Fi&amp;gt; Wi-Fi network&amp;gt;Tap and hold the Wi-Fi network that you're having trouble with until the menu allows you to select Forget Network.&lt;BR /&gt;Kindly reset the network settings. Settings&amp;gt; General Management&amp;gt; Reset&amp;gt; Reset Network Setting.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Switch off your Router (at the wall or with the power button on the router) and wait for 2-3 minutes before switching it on. While you're waiting, press the Power button on your mobile device and select Restart.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Once the router has been successfully connected to the internet again, try to connect to your network on your mobile device.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Make sure there is no interference between the router and your mobile device. Concrete walls, fridges, and microwaves can all interrupt the Wi-Fi signal.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Kindly check and disable the Airplane/Flight Mode on your device.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Check your device in safe mode: &lt;A href="https://www.samsung.com/in/support/mobile-devices/safe-mode-on-samsung-phones/" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.samsung.com/in/support/mobile-devices/safe-mode-on-samsung-phones/&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Update device software (If available): Settings &amp;gt; Software update &amp;gt; Download and install &amp;gt; Checking for software update &amp;gt; Software update available &amp;gt; Download &amp;gt; Downloading updates &amp;gt; Install now.&lt;/P&gt;
