Display Flickering issue in F62

From 16th September 2023, Galaxy F62 display is flickering from normal to green screen display, then normals it back. It is happening frequently, i have updated playstore , google, youtube, chrome before that, bt after turning on safe mode to check any app is creating a problem or not, there also screen flickering, what is the matter can anyone have any idea ? There is neither any touch issue nor any damage in display, then what is the matter ?

@samsungindia Everyone is facing display problem in their phone, go to the service center first you fix your software issue. Because same problem facing in my phone after your update.

I am facing the same problem this is my last samsung device because i has so many problems like fast battery drain screen issue and the worst updates

Same issue with my samsung galaxy f62, display keeps flickering randomly.The service center guys have no clue about what's happening.The simply say to change the screen which cost ₹7000+. The exchange value of the device not that much now.This has now become a business tactic by companies to destroy perfectly working old phones by pushing updates then eventually forcing users to buy a new one.Shame on you Samsung.Never buying another Samsung ever.

Yes brother, many users facing this issue of sudden flickering of screen, in my case 3 to 4 days constantly flickered, after that display became greenish, then back to normal , then again, no updates came recently neither in playstore nor in normal software update. I think this is manufacturing fault, display change mayb not the solution

If everyone is facing the same issue,all started at the same time, that means it must be a software issue, such many similar devices can't have hardware problem all at once. SAMSUNG should look into it seriously and fix this asap otherwise they'll loose our trust.

Please go to diagnostic by using *#0*# and go to black color,check & see if the screen turns off or it gets reddish black.

I have also done this diagnostic test but the display of my phone has turned brown, earlier it was very dark black. This problem has been going on since Samsung has sent the update but the company is not giving any updates so how can this problem be fixed if the software is required to be updated by its customers.

But my phone never falls, why is this problem happening after updating? Service center people are asking to change the display or it will cost Rs 9000.

So you wait for next update. Than this problem face again. So you may call a samsung support. Or visit a samsung service center.

My F62 also facing same issue from August often. From mid October it had became permanent.

1. Showing brown instead of pure black

2. Green tint below 30% brightness

I visited multiple customer services. They are asking to replace screen for 7200 rupees as the device is out of warranty. Even samsung is telling the same via email.

My phone dosnt have physical damage and only 2 year used very carefully. Lost trust in Samsung. Since i was a samsung customer for 8+ years.

Hey i have a samsung f62 and i am facing screen flickering issue all of a sudden screen shifts to a little yellowish tint and again back to normal,colors are washed out all of a sudden, I don't play games,phone never fall,i am a moderate user.If you are not addressing this issue then this will be my last samsung phone.Never buy another samsung phone ever.
