Galaxy f54 mobile's camera is not good. When I want to take some photos from galaxy f54 mobile then I show that the picture quality is not sharp, it have more noice.when I zoom the picture which teken in this mobile the photo quality is very bad. Front camera have more noise. The quality is not good. Another mobile brand is do far better job in camera department.

Battery 🔋 charging is very slow and Its battery also lasts a long time. does not work.This mobile needs a lot of improvement. This .. pomobile camera useless

We acknowledge your query and we request you to follow some basic steps to resolve the camera quality issue :-

Check the physical condition of your camera lens.
1. Broken camera lens.
2. Scratchy camera lens.

Please check there is no laminated or tempered glass pasted on the camera.
Use a microfiber cloth or a cleaning wipe. Gently remove the fingerprint, dirt, and dust from the camera lens.

Reset camera settings
Step 1: From the home screen tap on Camera.
Step 2: Tap on Settings.
Step 3: Scroll up and tap on Reset settings.
Step 4: Tap on Reset.

Check the device in safe mode
1. Power off the device.
2. Press and hold the Power key for one or two seconds to turn on the device.
3. When the Samsung logo appears, press and hold the Volume down key.
To exit from the safe mode restart the device.

Reset the device: Note: Kindly create a data backup of your device via the SMART switch mobile application or http://www.samsung.com/in/support/smartswitch pc suite.

In case the issue still occurs. Please register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Get help > Send Feedback > Ask question).

I have tried all this but there is no improvement the camera software in this mobile is fine but the camera process is bad

As the company had claimed that the camera of this mobile clicks good photos in night mode but There is nothing like this, its photo in night mode especially with the front camera comes out useless. When the picture is shot through the flash in the front camera, then the picture that comes is completely washed out, there is no clarity. While clicking photos from the front and rear cameras during the day, there is no clarity in them. While other mobile companies produce good camera in this price range. When clicking photos from them and comparing them with the photo of Samsung F54, there is no clarity in the photo taken by Samsung.

I also faced This issue compared with realme 15k mobile which has 48mp AI camera working better than samsung's f54 which is of ~30k please update camera clicking with realistic like natural colors, in front camera background white exposure is too much unable to click background realstic colours in outdoor, I was expected f54 camera with 108MP can beat many devices but in reality, below 20k mobiles are dominating f54's camera quality(108mp failed).

Very bad camera quality. Feels cheated for the price I paid. Fed-up with the bhogus advertisements by the company. Now a days samsung cheats. Trying to find an alternative brand.

I am facing same issue , I feel like to buy a new one, this is my worst phone ever .
At night the camera quality is so bad that photos are useless. Worst decision, feels samsung cheated

I have purchased the Samsung Galaxy F45 5G phone last September.It has only been 3.5 months since I'm using this phone.But just after the new software update I am facing issues in the front camera.Whenever I open any camera application and turn it to the selfie mode/switch to the front camera the screen either glitches or the phone turns off.
What is this issue Samsung?this is my first time using a product from this brand.
Really very DISAPPOINTED.

I have also have the same issue with the front camera after the update, the front camera screen either continues to shake or keeps on turning black halfway, especially when connected to 5G.
