To resolve your Galaxy device network speed, Please perform the below-mentioned steps:-&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Check the device network in an open area&lt;BR /&gt;Check the device in a different location/network coverage area.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. Check the device network mode settings&lt;BR /&gt;Go to settings&amp;gt;Connections&amp;gt;Mobile networks&amp;gt;Tap on network mode SIM1 or SIM2&amp;gt;Select network mode&amp;gt;Select network mode as 5G/LTE/3G/2G (auto connect) mode&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. Check network operator settings.&lt;BR /&gt;Kindly set the device network operator as "Automatically".&lt;BR /&gt;Tap on Settings&amp;gt;Connections&amp;gt;Mobile networks&amp;gt;Network operators&amp;gt; Automatically&amp;gt;OK&amp;gt; Registered on the network.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3. Check SIM cards&lt;BR /&gt;Kindly check the same SIM card in another phone or another SIM card in the same phone to verify the issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;4.. Update device software (If available): Settings &amp;gt; Software update &amp;gt; Download and install &amp;gt; Checking for software update &amp;gt; Software update available &amp;gt; Download &amp;gt; Downloading updates &amp;gt; Install now.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;5. Reset the device:&lt;BR /&gt;Kindly create a data backup of your device via the SMART switch mobile application or &lt;A href="http://www.samsung.com/in/support/smartswitch" target="_blank"&gt;http://www.samsung.com/in/support/smartswitch&lt;/A&gt; pc suite.&lt;BR /&gt;Remember the Google password before resetting the device because it is required during the initial setup.&lt;BR /&gt;Tap on setting&amp;gt;General Management &amp;gt;Reset.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In case the issue still occurs.
