Heating problem

I'm using samsung galaxy f62 in this time I'm facing a heating problem I'm not a heavy user I'm lite user so start using my mobile after 15 minute show a notification your mobile is very hot.

Outdoor temperature is 32 and show this notification.

Outdoor temperature is 32 and show this notification. And i can't sync my data.

So this is a screenshot share with you and answer this problem you can use technical language.

So please solve this problem.

Check ur phone temp not outside temp

Well ... What I do during summers
.
- have lowered the thermal limit to lowest in Thermal Guardian (in Good Guardian app)
- keep unnecessary activities like running background apps and services in check
- Put not so frequently used apps in Deep Sleep (this should be done in any season, it increases phones speed)

When phone heats up
- remove the cover
- if charging stop charging for a while or if fast charging, set it to normal charging.
- pause any unnecessary activities on phone.
- turn OFF sensors like GPS, NFC, Bluetooth etc if not being used.
- put phone on Power Saving mode

.
This way for most of the times, my phone cools down and I can use it again ...
