Hello

I re- install operating systems in F62 at Samsung customer care before 3 or 4 months.

Now when I tried to update software attached error massage display, pls help me.

U r using unofficial software update in ur phone.so the problem shows.plz go to care they will be provide correct software official

Please check whether your OS is Official or not..

Settings-> About Phone-> Status information-> look at Phone status

No I update the OS at authorized service centre

Ok, pls use samsung smart switch using pc

OR

get support from technicial team of samsung(you need to install samsung smart tutor before approaching them. You can install it simply by Settings-> press "Remote support" it will install automatically smart tutor app. on call they provide instructions to follow ).

OR

Visit samsung authorised service center & explain them regarding issue. They will resolve it..

For Remote support,

Open samsung members app-> press "Support" menu at bottom-> on "Quick help section" press remote support to begin..( allow permisions & launch a call to samsung- they provide code to connect your phone from remotely & they able to access your mobile for technical support, once end session you can disconnect access for them..
