Jio 5g connection Error

1. Tried... reset acces point names and restarted mobile multiple times

2. Network searching done multiple times

3. Airplane✈️ mode on/ off and restart multiple times

4. Sim ejected multiple times

5. Im on annual jio plan

It's been 12 hours since i got welcome offer from jio 5g But still no 5G CONNECTION.

Update:

Hurray.....Yippee......

I got 5G coverage in my area.

Yep, i called JIO customer care and they checked my location 5G coverage..

They confirmed me , im not in 5G coverage area.

By the end of dec 2023 or ASAP, I will get jio 5G coverage

Don't do flight mode just switched off sim card from sim card manager..and do this multiple times then you can see the 5g connection

For single sim, switching off sim card was not possible.

Yeah so that u must have two sim cards on your phone...In my case that trick worked...

5g network i am not getting.. i have 666 plan recharged its showing in my jio app that 5g is activated

Go to settings > connections > mobile networks >network mode > select 5g/Lte/3g/2g (auto connect)

Why this happening... i used to have 5g connection before now whats wrong
