First of all when the one ui 5 update came there was the bluetooth connectivity issues. But that was fixed in the last update and now another critical problem is found in this device. Whenever you going to record anything like voice or video the sound is very low. Like microphone is taking low sounds. If you have Galaxy F12 please check out your device if you have the same problem or not.
