F 12 refresh rate problem

After updating android 13 , I am facing screen refresh rate problem.

Adaptive screen refresh rate doesn't work.

I can't use 90 hertz. The screen only works on 60 hertz.

My F12 also after update error in voice and video recording low voice problem.Are you checked
