yeah sure why not. just go to settings--> about phone --> Go down --> select Reset option --> go to factory data reset. then you have to give samsung id and password if you have logged in to samsung account. ❤️👍

Simple step just go to setting and search factory reset and then click.

We acknowledge your query and apologize for the inconvenience caused to you and will surely assist you regarding the same. Please follow the easy troubleshooting steps which might help to solve the issue.

Firstly create a Backup of your device through the below steps:-

1: Kindly create data backup of your device via SMART switch mobile application or http://www.samsung.com/in/support/smartswitch pc suite.
2: Remember google password before resetting the device because it is required during the initial setup.
3: If you do not remember then advise to reset (Forgot password) the google account.

For this;

1: Open Gmail (https://accounts.google.com/servicelogin)
2: Select forgot password
3: Select "try another way" like mobile number, security question etc.
4: Select Next.
5: Enter a new password.
6: Tap on Next.

Reset the device through the below steps:-

Settings>>General managemnet>>reset.

Factory data reset: Reset your device to its factory default settings. This will erase all data, including files and downloaded apps.
1. From Settings, tap Accounts and backup and then tap Restore data under Samsung Cloud.
2. Select your desired device from the drop-down at the top, and then select the content you want to restore.
3. Next, tap Restore. If needed, follow the on-screen instructions to download your backup data.

In case you did not create a backup of your data, we are sorry to inform you that there is no way to restore your data.

In case the issue still occurs. Please register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Get help > Send Feedback > Error report).
