      <description>yeah sure why not. just go to settings--&amp;gt; about phone --&amp;gt; Go down --&amp;gt; select Reset option --&amp;gt; go to factory data reset. then you have to give samsung id and password if you have logged in to samsung account. &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":red_heart:"&gt;❤️&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":thumbs_up:"&gt;👍&lt;/span&gt;</description>

Please follow the easy troubleshooting steps which might help to solve the issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Firstly create a Backup of your device through the below steps:-&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1: Kindly create data backup of your device via SMART switch mobile application or &lt;A href="http://www.samsung.com/in/support/smartswitch" target="_blank"&gt;http://www.samsung.com/in/support/smartswitch&lt;/A&gt; pc suite.&lt;BR /&gt;2: Remember google password before resetting the device because it is required during the initial setup.&lt;BR /&gt;3: If you do not remember then advise to reset (Forgot password) the google account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For this;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1: Open Gmail (&lt;A href="https://accounts.google.com/servicelogin" target="_blank"&gt;https://accounts.google.com/servicelogin&lt;/A&gt;)&lt;BR /&gt;2: Select forgot password&lt;BR /&gt;3: Select "try another way" like mobile number, security question etc.&lt;BR /&gt;4: Select Next.&lt;BR /&gt;5: Enter a new password.&lt;BR /&gt;6: Tap on Next.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Reset the device through the below steps:-&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Settings&amp;gt;&amp;gt;General managemnet&amp;gt;&amp;gt;reset.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Factory data reset: Reset your device to its factory default settings. This will erase all data, including files and downloaded apps.&lt;BR /&gt;1. From Settings, tap Accounts and backup and then tap Restore data under Samsung Cloud.&lt;BR /&gt;2. Select your desired device from the drop-down at the top, and then select the content you want to restore.&lt;BR /&gt;3. Next, tap Restore.
