Incoming and Outgoing call Problem on Galaxy F62

I am facing a major issue with my Galaxy F62. Sometimes I am not getting incoming call and also not able to do outgoing calls to others.But at the same time I can use internet on my phone(not through wifi).When someone calls me they only hear that my phone is switched off but at that time my phone is switched on. This is an intermidiate issue.

I am using Jio Sim on my phone and I tried inserting my jio sim on other phone.But I didn't faced this issue on that device.

If anyone also facing the same issue on Galaxy F62 then please confirm in the comments section.

Check your VoLTE connection, try resetting network setting.

Same carrier.

I'm still on April 2021 version. What about you?

Security Patch Level date is of 1May in my F62

Even f62 not visible in mobile exchange list of both Amazon and flipkart
This is very worst phone

Dear Samsung,

I bought Samsung F62 last year. I am facing similar problems. For last six days I am not able to make any outgoing calls and believe that the incoming calls are also not getting materialized always. I have changed the SIM , changed handsets but problem persists.

The phone hangs up and functions only when forced rebooted.

Please suggests ways and means to overcome the issues regarding calls.

By selling mobile. Dont expect this from samsung. This is some manufacturer defect and everyone os facing this issue

Kindly restart your smartphone once and also re-insert your SIM card.
Check device network in an open area: Kindly check your device in a different location/network coverage area.

Check device network mode settings
Please follow the below steps.
Step1: Navigate to the app's screen and tap on Settings.
Step2: Tap on Connections.
Step3: Tap on Mobile networks.
Step4: Tap on network mode SIM1 or SIM2.
Step5: Select network mode.
Note: We recommend setting device network mode as LTE/3G/2G (auto connect) mode.

Kindly do check the same SIM card in another phone or another SIM card on the same phone to verify the issue.
