Notification light

I feel Samsung should introduce a notification light feature using AOD....(say) a green for maybe for WhatsApp, and a pink dot for Instagram at the corner of the screen while the phone is sleep.... This way the user can be notified about new notifications without actually looking up the phone...

Incase anyone knows such app please share...
