Hello samsung, Do you really care about your customer for a long time we all of them facing lots of issues in f62 device but you didn't pay attention we hoped you would fix in Android 12 nothing more and more bugs each and every update this is highly battery draining issue . If you really care about your customer plz check samsung members app how many users facing battery draining issue since we purchased this device earlier battery is good but day by day it's going hell what the hell is 7000mah battery and powerful processor 9825 more battery efficient. You can't fix a little things. You only provide reset moreover visit samsung service center but we tried nothing happened it's nothing more it's not happening in particular device i have 4 samsung galaxy f62 device all of them have samsung issues i checked on samsung members app there every users fed up with to Compla Fastly battery draining issue after one UI 4.1 in f62 device earlier battery backup was 2 days but now hardly one day

I don't have any battery draining issues with my F62. Getting 2 days backup on casual usage.

By the way on the first day after updating to UI 4.1 had some heating and battery drain issues but everything back to normal now.

I have no issues with one ui 4.1 on my F62. It's works well.

I Have No Issues With Battery
But After Andriod 12 Update System Lagging While Scrolling Social Media , PlayStore , Youtube.
Think They Are Not Optimized App Well
Hope Samsung Fix This Issue.

Same bro yesterday's runtime was only 6 hours with HEATING almost all day.

My phone overheats while normal calling, even under less than 10mins, and automatically restarts. This has happened more than 10 times in the past 4 days ! Absolutely unacceptable! Samsung needs to fix these bugs immediately.

I am facing battery drain issues too. When it was new it easily lasted for about 1 1/2 days and now it just drains battery like hell. Heating issues as usual in my device. Samsung really need to push an update to fix battery drain.
