Whatsapp Notification Incompatibility

Is anybody having whatsapp notification sound incompatibility. Means your system call and notification sound is different but in whatsapp it is different. Please tell me if you are having this problem.if so in which whatsapp.

Whatsapp or Whatsapp Dual..?

Please reply if you have galaxy F22

U r using a custom notification of whatsapp bro go to whatsapp >settings >notifications>notifications tone and set the one which is set as ur system notification sound

Should I reset my device just for notification mismatch. Do you use system notification sound or third party.

Check WhatsApp settings
.
Check if it has default notification sound or you have change it to any other.
.
When it is set as Default, then the notification sound for SIM1 is used as notification sound for WhatsApp notifications

Hi actually whatsapp does not use ur system sounds it uses it's own custom ringtone this happened with me too u can just set the same tone in whatsapp which is set as yr system sound...and plz do not reset ur phone for this thing
