That phone is priced at 20k ..and it has 2 year old chip..it's not a flagship phone..it's not even a high midrange

Flagship includes top of the line specs of the year along with the best build quality(mostly glass on the back and aluminum frame on the sides). Also the pricing of the flagship is high.

By these features I think you can identify a flagship easily

Yes, but Samsung doesn't consider them flagship, they called it Flagship killer only.
Samsung 'S' series has a guaranteed DEX feature.

No it's not..for most I can say it's a mid-range device that too of F series..even A52..A72 don't have dex ..u will only get it on S,NOTE,Z series phones

Yeah by that logic anything priced above 30k should be flagship so A72..A52s is flagship phone

Not necessarily.....A series is superior to F series....hence what 20k means in F series is the same as what 30k means in A series...dont compare both of them in the same price range since the value of both are not the same...for F series F62 is a high midranger...
