Bsnl sim shows no network

I am having Galaxy F62 phone.Recently I ported my Jio number to Bsnl.But the sim shows no network.I tried in other mobile and it shows network and works fine.I tried other Bsnl sims in my phone and the same issue is there but works in other phones.Please guide.

Try changing the slot position
From 1-2 or vice a versa

Please visit the service center and tell them
Also take another phone with you which works with that bsnl sim card to show them proof.
They'll definitely help you out mate.

Well it seems bsnl 4g and Samsung devices have got some compatability issues. You are not the first one to comment this type of issue here this week.

No issues with my bsnl sim Bro, works fine with my F62. Make sure you're putting it correctly or get help from service center people.

Check device network mode settings
Please follow the below steps.

Step1: Navigate to apps screen and tap on Settings.
Step2: Tap on Connections.
Step3: Tap on Mobile networks.
Step4: Tap on network mode SIM1 or SIM2.
Step5: Select network mode.

Note: We recommend to set device network mode as LTE/3G/2G (auto connect) mode.

Check network operator settings
Kindly set device network operator as "Automatically".

Please follow the below steps.

Step1: Navigate to apps screen and tap on Settings.
Step2: Tap on Connections.
Step3: Tap on Mobile networks.
Step4: Tap on Network operators.
Step5: Select automatically.
Note: We recommend to set device network operators as LTE/3G/2G (auto connect) mode.
Step6: Tap on OK.
Step7: Registered on network.

In case the issue still occurs. Please register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Get help > Send Feedback > Error report).
