I think galaxy F12 is discontinued by Samsung. Because, galaxy F12 is still running on july security patch and last software update was in First week of September. Where Galaxy M12 got two updates earlier. Even the lower budget phones like galaxy M02 got November security patch with RAM PLUS feature. I'm just speechless to see these things. Don't buy these F series devices. There are few software updates available.

In sammobile site, its mentioned that F12 will get quarterly patch. So you should be getting update this month. Or else something must be wrong with the device due to which updates aren't coming. Btw, Samsung official list says that F12 will get android 12 next year by June-July and android 13 too (if it was released with A11). It was launched this year only. So it doesn't make sense that it has been discontinued.

Ur device is supposed to get the update early ..
I think u may get the update this month not sure ..

Bro..phone isn't discontinued. But as a F12 user, I'm also waiting for the update. As you said already M12 got update but with 3 month old September security patch. We should raise voice for latest security patches. Even M02 like devices are getting latest security updates like November. I have even asked question through feedback section but no use.. They won't even consider our words.

My F12 is also not getting any update infact I bought it in this September and my samsung tablet A7 got 2 updates after that, maybe they are not giving more attention to the F series...

According to the software update policy galaxy f12 will gat 2 os updates which are already provided android 12 and 13 so no chance to get the android 14 update bro
