No doubt some Chinese phones have better connectivity than Samsung. While Samsung remains within SAR limits but these Chinese phones follow rules just on paper.
I have used a Chinese phone and Samsung. You'll be surprised to know that even connecting through wifi, these Chinese phones can get wifi signals to large distances of 200 m as well but Samsung struggles. So maybe you should wait for some time that jio or airtel itself gives 5g in your area. Also the bandwidth of 4g is larger than 5g, it can get 4g signal better than 5g.
If you want connectivity go with that moco m6 pro of yours, and if you want safety then go for Samsung.

you can search on internet what SAR means and what effects does it have on brain and body and why it is limited to certain amount by government.

Brother trust me, updates don't cause these kind of issues. Updates are betterment of your device. Samsung usually don't touch the basic data the basic things required for normal functionality of the phone. So one thing I am sure about that update is not the cause. 😊
There must be some other reasons. You can try resetting your network settings especially the part of mobile networks settings.

Try to use only one sim card. See if it works. Usually dual sim cards give such issues in Samsung phones. I have seen it myself.
