&lt;P&gt;We regret to hear about your experience with our product. Please believe that this is not a usual occurrence.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Please perform the below mentioned troubleshooting steps, these may help in resolving your concern.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;● Check space availability: Settings &amp;gt; Battery and device Care &amp;gt; Storage.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;● Check RAM in your device: Settings &amp;gt; Battery and device Care &amp;gt; Memory.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;● Check app cache: Settings &amp;gt; Device care &amp;gt; Storage &amp;gt; CLEAN NOW.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;● Clear cache memory of a particular application: Settings &amp;gt; Apps &amp;gt; pick the app &amp;gt; Storage &amp;gt; Clear Cache.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;● Close Background Apps.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;● Remove third party application.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;● Remove memory card: Apps &amp;gt; Settings &amp;gt; Device maintenance &amp;gt; Storage &amp;gt; More option &amp;gt; Storage settings &amp;gt; SD card &amp;gt; Unmount.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;● Remove third party accessories.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;● Kindly disable Power saving mode( if enable).&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;● Update the software if available: &lt;A href="https://www.samsung.com/in/support/mobile-devices/samsung-galaxy-smartphone-how-to-update-software/" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.samsung.com/in/support/mobile-devices/samsung-galaxy-smartphone-how-to-update-software/&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;● You can reset your device by following the steps:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;1. Kindly create a data backup of your device via the SMART switch mobile application or &lt;A href="http://www.samsung.com/in/support/smartswitch" target="_blank"&gt;http://www.samsung.com/in/support/smartswitch&lt;/A&gt; pc suite.&lt;BR /&gt;2. Remember the Google password before resetting the device because it is required during initial setup.&lt;BR /&gt;3. If you do not remember password then advise to reset (Forgot password) your Google account.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Path: Settings&amp;gt; General Management.&amp;gt;Reset&amp;gt;Temporary cloud backup or External storage backup&amp;gt;After backup tab on Factory data reset to reset your device to its factory default settings. This will erase all data, including files and downloaded apps.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If the issue still occurs, please visit the service centre for a physical inspection of your device.       <description>Hello! It sounds like your phone is suffering from "Ghost Touch" (performing actions without touch) and system hanging. This can be caused by static electricity, a faulty screen protector, or software glitches. Follow these steps to fix it:&lt;BR /&gt;1. Clean the Screen &amp;amp; Remove Protector:&lt;BR /&gt;Sometimes, dirt, oil, or a tiny crack in the tempered glass causes ghost touches.&lt;BR /&gt;Remove your screen protector and clean the display thoroughly with a micro-fiber cloth. Check if the issue persists without the protector.&lt;BR /&gt;2. Forced Restart:&lt;BR /&gt;Since the phone is hanging, a normal restart might not work.&lt;BR /&gt;Press and hold the Volume Down + Power button simultaneously for about 15 seconds until the Samsung logo appears. This will refresh the system memory.&lt;BR /&gt;3. Check for "Touch Sensitivity" Setting:&lt;BR /&gt;If you are using a screen protector, make sure this setting is correct:&lt;BR /&gt;Go to Settings &amp;gt; Display &amp;gt; Touch Sensitivity.&lt;BR /&gt;If it’s ON, try turning it OFF to see if the ghost touches stop.&lt;BR /&gt;4. Reset All Settings:&lt;BR /&gt;This will fix any software bugs without deleting your personal photos or files.&lt;BR /&gt;Go to Settings &amp;gt; General Management &amp;gt; Reset &amp;gt; Reset all settings.&lt;BR /&gt;5. Safe Mode Test:&lt;BR /&gt;To check if a downloaded app is causing this:&lt;BR /&gt;Restart your phone and hold the Volume Down button while it's booting up until you see 'Safe Mode' at the bottom.&lt;BR /&gt;If the phone works fine in Safe Mode, then a recently installed app is the culprit.
