Hi! This issue usually happens when a core system file gets corrupted or the phone's RAM gets overloaded, causing the "Process system" to crash. Since your Wi-Fi is also not turning on, it means the network drivers are failing to load properly.
Don't worry, follow these steps in order to fix this glitch:
🔄 Step 1: Force Restart the Phone (Soft Reset)
Since the system is not responding, a normal restart might not clear the stuck memory.
Press and hold the Power Button + Volume Down Button simultaneously for about 10 to 15 seconds until the phone vibrates and the Samsung logo appears. This forces the hardware to reboot cleanly.
🧹 Step 2: Wipe Cache Partition (Highly Recommended)
This is the most important step to fix the "Process system not responding" error without losing any of your personal data:
Turn off your phone completely.
Connect your phone to a PC/Laptop using a USB cable.
Press and hold the Power Button + Volume Up Button until the Samsung logo and then the Recovery Menu appears.
Use the Volume buttons to scroll down to Wipe Cache Partition and press the Power button to select it.
Once done, select Reboot system now. This clears out all corrupted system temporary files.
📡 Step 3: Reset Network Settings (For Wi-Fi Issue)
If the phone turns on fine but Wi-Fi is still stuck, we need to reset the network drivers:
Go to Settings > General management.
Tap on Reset > Reset mobile network settings (or Reset network settings).
Confirm the reset. (Note: This will erase your saved Wi-Fi passwords and paired Bluetooth devices, but will fix the Wi-Fi glitch).
⚠️ Hardware Warning: If even after wiping the cache and resetting network settings, your Wi-Fi refuses to turn on (stays greyed out), it could unfortunately be a hardware issue with the Wi-Fi IC on the motherboard caused by the sudden freeze. In that case, you will need to visit a Samsung authorized service center.
📝 Note: Bhai, try these steps one by one. Agar software glitch hoga toh Wipe Cache se 100% theek ho jayega. Agar is detailed guide se aapka phone normal ho jata hai, toh please mere is comment ke side mein bane Three Dots (︙) par click karke "Accept as Solution" par click karna na bhoolein! Thank you! 👍✨
