Help transaction problem

I attempted a recharge using Samsung Wallet, but the transaction failed. However, the recharge amount was successfully deducted from my bank account.

The recharge has not been credited to my number yet.

Did you call your bank regarding the issue and try contacting samsung regarding the issue through their toll free service.

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer care support through Samsung Members app as error report also send log files along with this error report for this issue and wait for next update it's maybe fix by Samsung team soon.
