Sometimes samsung phone restarts for optimization
Settings --> device care --> auto optimization--> auto restart
If doesn't work probably try to backup and reset your device. Fixes 95% of all problems

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue and go to service center for check and resolves this issue. Bro, don’t waste your time. Samsung won’t do anything about this issue. They just keep repeating the same service center story and charge 10k for a software-induced problem. Many users already tried — no proper fix. Better to stop trusting them and boycott Samsung.

Firstly the restart issue then wifi, bluetooth,hotspot issues will be in line...and later the network issues. No reset or any service centre gonna help. Particulary this model F23 has some motherboard fault so just buy a new one.

Not only u... it's happening in all devices.. due to updates, but service center's said it's mother board issue need to pay 8500 for this.. don't buy Samsung mobiles at any more... just go for another brand mobiles

I’ve been facing the same issue for the last six months after a recent software update. My Samsung F23 has started restarting continuously in a loop, and I’m unable to use the phone properly.

The service center advised me to replace the entire motherboard, which costs around ₹9,000 — but the device was in perfect working condition before the update. This seems to be a software-related problem rather than a hardware failure, and it’s been very frustrating.

Here are the main issues I’m facing:

Wi-Fi and hotspot not working

Continuous restart loop

Slow and unstable network connectivity, especially in 5G mode

Phone overheating

It’s possible that the issue is caused by incompatible hardware drivers that are not fully compatible with the latest software update. I kindly request you to look into this matter and verify if the update is causing these problems. Please provide an appropriate solution or guidance, as many users are experiencing similar issues.

Our hard-earned money is valuable, and it’s disappointing to face such problems on a working device after an update. I hope Samsung takes this feedback seriously and resolves it at the earliest.
