      <description>Bro only factory reset is option or any another thing can do but some time the fast charging is showing in normal mode but in minutes the charging is stop</description>

      <description>Brother, it's a bugs. After a major update reset factory data with backup is essential for better performance of your's device. Then as you like. Also complaint to Samsung customer care support through Samsung Members app as error report also send log files along with this error report for this issue and wait for next update maybe fix it by Samsung team soon. &lt;P&gt;We regret to hear about your experience with our product. Please believe that this is not a usual occurrence.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Please perform the below-mentioned troubleshooting steps, these may help in resolving your concern.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;● We always recommend to use genuine Samsung charger for charging your device.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;● Check your charging cable (USB cable) for physical damage such as wear and tear, bent prongs etc. If it is damaged, then kindly visit your nearest service center to get it replaced.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;● Kindly check the charger functionality with a different device or try to charge the same device with a different charger.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;● Check charging: If rating is 15W or above: Kindly try to charge the device in a non-inverter socket.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;● If you using normal socket: As a safety measure Fast charging may not support, while you are using the device hence, request you to keep the device idle and check the charging performance.&lt;BR /&gt;Note: Kindly open Device care from settings &amp;gt; tap on Battery &amp;gt; tap on More battery settings &amp;gt; Fast charging &amp;gt; Turn on.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;● Kindly follow the standard charging procedure. i.e. please charge the device in switched-off condition for 10 minutes.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;● Turn off unused functions like Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth, and location settings when not using them: On the home screen swipe down the notification panel &amp;gt; Turn off Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth, and other connectivity features when not using them.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;● Kindly check if ''Multiple applications'' are running in the background of the device. When running multiple applications, the processor processes more tasks and as a result, additional heat is released from the device. This happens with most electronic devices (even computers/laptops), including the devices of other manufacturers. Close all the background running apps when not using them.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;● Avoid usage of mobile phones during charging. Usage of the mobile phone when charging may cause slow charging issues. So we recommend you avoid the usage of the mobile phone while charging.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;● Update the software if available: &lt;A href="https://www.samsung.com/in/support/mobile-devices/samsung-galaxy-smartphone-how-to-update-software/" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.samsung.com/in/support/mobile-devices/samsung-galaxy-smartphone-how-to-update-software/&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;● You can reset your device by following the steps.&lt;BR /&gt;1. Kindly create a data backup of your device via the SMART switch mobile application or &lt;A href="http://www.samsung.com/in/support/smartswitch" target="_blank"&gt;http://www.samsung.com/in/support/smartswitch&lt;/A&gt; pc suite.&lt;BR /&gt;2. Remember the Google password before resetting the device because it is required during initial setup.&lt;BR /&gt;3. If you do not remember password then advise to reset (Forgot password) your Google account.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Path: Settings&amp;gt; General Management.&amp;gt;Reset&amp;gt;Temporary cloud backup or External storage backup&amp;gt;After backup tab on Factory data reset to reset your device to its factory default settings.&lt;BR /&gt;This will erase all data, including files and downloaded apps.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If the issue persists, kindly report the problems with a log file. To share a log file, click on the Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application &amp;gt; Support&amp;gt; Tap on send feedback&amp;gt; Choose Composer&amp;gt; Select error report&amp;gt; Select the appropriate issue category&amp;gt; Type your query and send).&lt;/P&gt;
