      <description>&lt;SPAN&gt;I was using samsung galaxy f55 5g and recently I found my google maps crashing on my device.&amp;nbsp;Whenever,&amp;nbsp;I tap on it to open , it instantly returns again to home screen.&amp;nbsp;I have to tap 5-6 times to open google maps...I don't know what's this...I've cleared the cache&amp;nbsp;data but still maps are crashing...is there any solution for this&lt;/SPAN&gt;</description>

      <description>Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue and wait for next update may be fix it by Samsung team soon.       <description>Please go to main page of Samsung Members App, click on support, click on feedback, click on error report then follow instructions on the screen. Log files send by system after send error report immediately but don't close Samsung Members App during this process until complete. &lt;P&gt;Please perform the below-mentioned troubleshooting steps, these may help in resolving your concern.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;● Check space availability: Settings &amp;gt; Battery and device Care &amp;gt; Storage.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;● Check RAM in your device: Settings &amp;gt; Battery and device Care &amp;gt; Memory.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;● Check app cache: Settings &amp;gt; Device care &amp;gt; Storage &amp;gt; CLEAN NOW.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;● Close Background Apps.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;● Remove third-party applications.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;● Remove memory card: Apps &amp;gt; Settings &amp;gt; Device maintenance &amp;gt; Storage &amp;gt; More option &amp;gt; Storage settings &amp;gt; SD card &amp;gt; Unmount.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;● Remove third-party accessories.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;● Kindly disable Power saving mode( if enable).&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;● You can reset your device by following the steps:&lt;BR /&gt;1. Kindly create a data backup of your device via the SMART switch mobile application or &lt;A href="http://www.samsung.com/in/support/smartswitch" target="_blank"&gt;http://www.samsung.com/in/support/smartswitch&lt;/A&gt; pc suite.&lt;BR /&gt;2. Remember the Google password before resetting the device because it is required during initial setup.&lt;BR /&gt;3. If you do not remember the password then advise to reset (Forgot password) your Google account.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Path: Settings&amp;gt; General Management.&amp;gt;Reset&amp;gt;Temporary cloud backup or External storage backup&amp;gt;After backup tap on Factory data reset to reset your device to its factory default settings. This will erase all data, including files and downloaded apps.&lt;/P&gt;
