      <description>I have model samsung s10 lite and when I last updated my phone then just after updated display having vertical lines appearing on phone then after every week one by one many lines are appears on display , customer said no support for dis model</description>

&lt;P&gt;Greetings from Samsung Customer Support!&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;We regret to hear about your experience with our product. Please believe that this is not a usual occurrence.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Please perform the below-mentioned troubleshooting steps, these may help in resolving your concern.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Note: Kindly use genuine Samsung charger.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;1.Disable auto restart function, there are two methods to disable auto restart function:&lt;BR /&gt;Settings &amp;gt; General management &amp;gt; Reset &amp;gt; Disable Auto restart (if enabled).&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If the issue has not been resolved, then follow;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;2.If you are facing this issue after installing any new application, then uninstall that application:&lt;BR /&gt;Settings &amp;gt; Apps &amp;gt; desired app &amp;gt; Uninstall &amp;gt; OK.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;3.If the issue is still not been resolved then, update software:&lt;BR /&gt;Go to Settings &amp;gt; Software update &amp;gt; Download and install &amp;gt; Checking for software update &amp;gt; Software update available &amp;gt; Tap on Download &amp;gt; Downloading updates &amp;gt; Tap on Install now&lt;BR /&gt;Note: Your phone will restart after the update is installed.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;4.If the issue still persists, then reset the settings: Go to Settings &amp;gt; General Management &amp;gt; Tap on Reset &amp;gt; Tap on Reset settings.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;5.If the issue is still not been resolved, Reset the device:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;IMPORTANT: &lt;BR /&gt;• Kindly create data backup of your device via SMART switch mobile application or &lt;A href="http://www.samsung.com/in/support/smartswitch" target="_blank"&gt;http://www.samsung.com/in/support/smartswitch&lt;/A&gt; pc suite.&lt;BR /&gt;• Remember google password before resetting the device because it is required during initial setup.&lt;BR /&gt;• If you do not remember it, then reset (Forgot password) your google account.&lt;BR /&gt;• For this:&lt;BR /&gt;• Open Gmail (&lt;A href="https://accounts.google.com/servicelogin" target="_blank"&gt;https://accounts.google.com/servicelogin&lt;/A&gt;) &amp;gt; forgot password &amp;gt;Select ""try another way"" &amp;gt; Next &amp;gt; Enter a new password &amp;gt; Next&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Please follow the below steps to reset the device:&lt;BR /&gt;Settings &amp;gt; General Management &amp;gt; Reset &amp;gt; Temporary cloud backup or External storage backup &amp;gt; tab on Factory data reset (This will erase all data, including files and downloaded apps)&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If the issue persists, kindly report the problems with a log file. To share a log file, Open Samsung Members Application &amp;gt; Support&amp;gt; Tap on send feedback&amp;gt; Choose Composer&amp;gt; Select error report&amp;gt; select the appropriate issue category&amp;gt; Type your query and send.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>Auto restart problem has been solved on its own.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Now I am facing serious issue with my Samsung Galaxy F14 . It is neither connecting to Wi-Fi nor detecting mobile network (SIM signal), Is it likely a hardware or firmware issue.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I have performed all kind of reset&lt;BR /&gt;all settings&lt;BR /&gt;-reset all settings&lt;BR /&gt;-reset mobile network settings&lt;BR /&gt;-reset wifi and Bluetooth settings&lt;BR /&gt;but nothing happens it wont connect via wifi or detect mobile network even after inserting sim properly in sim tray .&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;when i tap 'CONNECTIONS in setting it won't respond everything else in SETTINGS work fine.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;What Should i do . what's the reason behind it..??&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
