Automatic software update installed

I was connected to wifi fewdays back and software update got downloaded automatically .

But that wasn't the problem as it was later giving me option to install now or schedule install.

I was not installing it on purpose because my other samsung phone got ruined because of the latest updates.

But yesterday it got installed automatically even i didn't click install or scheduled it.

And now everyone here guessed right. Now i need to buy a new phone.

I have now battery,heating and charging issues and also network issues.

First my s21fe got ruined and now f23

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue and wait for next update may be fix it by Samsung team soon. After the update every F23 user facing the same problem and the service centre will suggest you to just change the motherboard (cost 10K).
