My s21 fe has loosen glue on back panel and I applied some glue to stick as I don't have time to get a 500 inr paid service for faulty glue replacement from samsung. Because of this they rejected the replacement. And I also heard that if you frame have some scratches, dents and bends then you will not get free replacement.
