Dear Samsung, I beg to inform that I'm an old galaxy user. Now I'm using Galaxy F42 5G in 2025. The device is running in android 13 based on one ui core 5.1. The device has got only 2 gen os upgrades according to the update policy of 2021. No special changes has occured among one ui 3.1 and 5.1. So l'm requesting you to change the update policy so that the device will get more os updates because I'm deprived from unique sans, unique camera features, unique screen of one ui 6.1. If you roll out the one ui 7.0 update for the device I will be thankful to you. I hope you will look into my massage. Thanking you

If your phone is running fine on Android 13 then let it be. F42 has Dimensity 700 SOC (from 2020), it is old and slow, and with Android 14 it will screw up your phone. So be satisfied with occasional security updates, once they stop then upgrade to a new phone.
